Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GospelBless ("GospelBless," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit gospelbless.com and any related pages or features (the "Site"). It also explains the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can access and update it.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you use our contact form or newsletter signup, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit the Site we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the time and duration of your visit. This is collected primarily through cookies and similar tracking technologies, described below.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help a website remember information about your visit. We use the following categories of cookies:
- Essential/functional cookies — required for core site features to work, such as staying logged into the admin area and remembering your light/dark theme preference. These do not require consent because the Site cannot function properly without them.
- Analytics cookies — if enabled, Google Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources) so we can improve content. See Section 4 below.
- Advertising cookies — if and when the Site displays third-party ads (for example, through Google AdSense), advertising partners may set cookies to serve ads and measure their performance. See Section 3 below.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies may affect the functionality of parts of the Site.
3. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising
GospelBless may display advertisements served by Google and other third-party advertising companies ("Vendors"). These Vendors, including Google, use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you.
Specifically:
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick/Google ad cookies) to serve ads on the Site based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- A current list of the third-party vendors we work with through Google's advertising products is maintained by Google at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, since this list may change as our advertising setup evolves.
Your choices regarding personalized advertising:
- You may opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You may opt out of a number of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info/choices (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
- You may also opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and similar jurisdictions), we seek to serve non-personalized advertising or obtain appropriate consent before personalized advertising cookies are set. Users in these regions who wish to withdraw consent can do so through the methods above or by adjusting their browser/device privacy settings.
4. Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated is used to create reports about the use of the Site. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
5. How We Use Information
- To respond to messages sent through our contact form and manage newsletter subscriptions.
- To understand how the Site is used and to improve content, design, and functionality.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
- To display relevant advertising, where applicable, through third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense.
- To comply with legal obligations.
6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: consent (for example, for advertising and analytics cookies, and for newsletter subscriptions), legitimate interests (for example, to keep the Site secure and to understand aggregate usage), and legal obligation (where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law).
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site — including our hosting provider, and, where enabled, Google (Analytics and AdSense) — solely to the extent necessary for those services to function.
- Legal authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users.
8. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and newsletter subscriber records for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or for as long as you remain subscribed, and delete or anonymize them when no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Cookie lifespans are set by the relevant browser or third-party vendor and are described in the linked policies above.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled hosting — to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as those terms are defined under California law) — which, in our case, relates only to the advertising cookies described in Section 3. We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. You can exercise the opt-out described in Section 3 or contact us directly.
All users: regardless of location, you may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request that it be corrected or deleted, via our contact page.
11. International Data Transfers
The Site is hosted and operated from servers that may be located outside your country of residence. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country different from your own, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
12. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is not yet an industry-agreed way to respond to DNT signals, the Site does not currently alter its data collection practices when it detects a DNT signal, though you can still use the opt-out tools listed in Section 3.
13. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please reach out through our contact page.
